📦 Delivery
What are the delivery times?
We process orders within 24 to 48 business hours.
Once shipped, your order is usually delivered within the following timeframes:
• Mainland France: 7 to 12 business days
• Europe: 7 to 12 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly during periods of high demand.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free for purchases over €30.
Otherwise, standard delivery is €3.90.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

🔄 Returns & refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your order to return an unused product in its original packaging.
How do I make a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

How do I choose my size?
You can consult our size guide available on each product page.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
